"This Ballybur is great. Gated, safe,quiet, clean, washer dryer a big big plus. Your own apartment on a long journey. Mel and Mark are great Host. We even shared a ride into Kilkenny to see a concert with them. Highly recommend staying here."

"Five friends and I stayed at the Mill House in May 2023. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. "This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided."

"This was our first trip to Ireland and we chose the Granary as a home base as we visited many different sites. It is a great location for day trips to Kilkenny, Cliffs of Moher, Waterford, Cahir, Rock of Cashel, Cork and Dublin. Bee is a wonderful host! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. The home is very clean, well appointed and quiet. Upon leaving we didn’t have to worry about any chores which was wonderful! Highly recommend!"

"Yvonne and Peter couldn't be more accommodating! Yvonne met us to discuss the cottage. She had nice touches to make everything cozy. It was incredibly clean! We felt at home immediately! It was a wonderful base camp for Kilkenny and several other places. We loved Portlaoise and enjoyed several trips into town ( only a 10 minute drive) We loved their dogs and enjoyed spending time getting to know them. ( Our choice, they are very respectful of privacy) I absolutely recommend their place 100%!!"

"Three generations of our family gathered for 4 days at Annamult House. It could not have been a better house for us to enjoy Christmas. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir einen Kontakt in der Nähe gehabt hätten, der uns auch etwas einweisen hätte können. Der Vermieter ist in Amerika. "Staff is amazing. Common theme here in Ireland but these folks were great. Check in staff were helpful. Helping me negotiate the buses while parking was helpful. And breakfast buffet staff gave us great attention and to-go coffee cups without having to ask on morning two. We'd stay there again. Rooms were comfy and clean. Very walkable to this great town. "

"The Hibernian Hotel was a great spot to finish off our tour of Ireland. The staff were all so lovely, the location was perfect for touring all over Kilkenny. Easy and affordable parking across the road. The hotel is beautiful. I have a personal preference that hotels should not have carpets in the rooms and that's really the only area I would make improvements. Otherwise, it was the perfect end to our Ireland adventure. "

"Limpeza péssima. Os lençóis que seriam utilizados para os novos hóspedes estavam espalhados pelo corredor. Pequeno almoço medíocre. Os scones não eram frescos, o pão e tudo o que nos serviram não tinha qualidade. Sem elevador. Não recomendo de forma alguma. "
