"The hotel was clean and well decorated, the staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good for a complimentary hotel breakfast. My room was rather small, but that actually suited me perfectly since I wasn't spending much time there. The only downside is that there aren't very many businesses (restaurants, stores, activities) easily walkable from the hotel, so it's not a good location if you don't have a car, but that wouldn't be a problem if you know about it in advance."

"We stayed at the Aloft this past weekend and had a wonderful experience! Check-in was handled by the sweetest woman—she was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome right away. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, the hotel offers great amenities, including a pool and a gym for guests. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay, and the beautiful walking park right across the street was a lovely bonus."

"I have stayed in hotels from more Marquee brands in Hillsboro. I worked for Intel Santa Clara and I go to Hillsboro frequently. This hotel was a very classy and almost faultless experience. One thing that I can say without hesitation is that for any future stay I won't consider any other hotel unless this one is sold out! This hotel is close to Orenco Station so tons of really good dining options. It is also within 2 miles from the Tanasbourne shopping area, great for spending time. "

"Admittedly, I may have looked a little road rough entering the hotel. However, the initial transaction with the front desk person was a bit less than desirable due to, I think, the Expedia booking instead of direct. She did seem to warm up when my wife showed up and when she realized I have a Marriott loyalty account. Or perhaps I misread her. Either way, it’s a nice place, just off the highway. The breakfast was good. I can see that it wouldn’t be for everyone, some simple scrambled eggs would...
