Just 50 meters from the sea, located in the quiet Basina Bay, this modern, minimalist villa was built with the aim to make the most of absolutely every space for a comfortable stay for up to eight people.

The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms in a combination of beige and white, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The fully open ground floor is focused on a jacuzzi with temperatures up to 36°C and massage jets. Right next to it is the living room, the kitchen with built-in kitchen appliances, and the dining room located at the other end. This custom-built kitchen stands out with a combination of black and white, and hanging cabinets. On the ground floor, there is also a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet, and a Finnish sauna for complete relaxation. In addition, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating.

The outdoor area of the villa offers a spacious dining table where you can serve dishes prepared on the modern grill. Since the island of Hvar has the largest number of sunny days of all Croatian islands, you can find refreshment during the summer days in the outdoor heated pool, surrounded by comfortable deck chairs.
