"Dianne was a lovely host. She accommodated our early check-in request, gave us a quick run through, provided hot water for the outdoor shower in the morning, excellent communication overall. Cabin was cozy enough for two. The futon rolled out into a Queen sized bed. Portable power station inside that can power up to three plug in devices and room for a couple of USB C connections. There was a small lamp and a fan inside. Room was very hot that summer afternoon with the door closed, but was cool...

"This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. "

"This place was perfect! Great walking distance to many places and a quick drive to the mountain. "

"Great property in a quiet location with a well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive to our questions, and was proactive about reaching out when the previous renters let him know about a problem with a stove burner, to see if we needed any help with the same issue."

"Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers."

"This townhouse was a great find for our group!The location was fantastic and check in and communication with the host was super easy. The condo was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!"

"A fantastic property, and a wonderful place to get away from the grind of daily life. The host, Eric; is extremely friendly and was very helpful, not only accommodating our stay, but also provided some wonderful recommendations as to attractions and activites nearby and such. "We had a lovely stay at the goldilocks cabin. It was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. The location is close to everything in Stowe and Waterbury. "Hotel agradável e bem localizado mas as instalações deixam a desejar. Reservamos um quarto para 4 pessoas e o sofá cama oferecido era extremamente desconfortável. Era velho..as molas incomodavam pois a parte de espuma era muito fina. Falta também uma mesa mesmo que pequena para refeições rápidas. O café da manhã era muito fraco se é que dava pra dizer que tinha. Optamos por comprar as coisas no mercado e tomar no quarto mesmo. Foi aí que sentimos falta de um espaço mesmo que pequeno para comer. "

" We payed a small fortune to stay 2 days in this hotel in November. The check in is at 4pm and the check out is at 11am. There were no breakfast included. There is a 35$ fee per day for valet parking. Otherwise you have to self-park in a place very far away from your room. For me it was like 10 minutes walking. The structure of the resort is huge. But the only difference for us in that matter was that we had to walk like half a mile to arrive at our room, because everything was closed during the off season. We were aware that it was off season. But still there was absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. No activities whatsoever were offered by the resort included in the almost 400 dollar price you pay per night. It was my birthday during our stay. I told the attendant the moment we checked in hoping to get something special but nothing was arranged. There is a 45$ dollar fee per day for the amenities and activities supposedly offered by the hotel. When checking out we told the attendant we thought we shouldn’t pay this fee while we weren’t able to enjoy the resort facilities at all. She told us this fee was charged for the the availability of the pool, the gym and for complimentary coffee, among other things that were out of order. So we still had to pay this extra 95$ with taxes for absolutely nothing. It was probably the most frustrating situation I ever passed regarding a hotel. Especially considering the very expensive price we payed. "
