"Very immaculate property. Comfortable lobby with fireplace that actually warms you. Spacious room and bath with nice furnishings and fixtures. Two negatives. The blinds only closed partway on the windows and the bright night lights by the bike trail shine in at night. Also the soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear both adjacent and across the hall guests in my room."

"Staff needs sensitivity and professionalism training. One staff member rushed up to me at night when I went to throw trash in the can iutside the front door. He shouted Don't throw that in there! My son and I were startled and he grabbed the cup out of my hand, said he had just emptied tje trash and stompted into the inn to throw it away, all while smoking a cigarette.
