"I liked the fact that everyone was very respectful and polite. And that when it was time to checkout the house keepers weren't rude or snappy. And when I needed extra towels, I just had to call the front desk and then someone brought them to my room."

Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. "Linens weren’t changed prior to check in. The pillow cases were obviously reused. There was beard hair in the sink, dirt in the shower. Gaps and cracks in caulking."
