"Exterior and lobby have been nicely updated. Interiors have been about 90% updated. We needed one of their rooms that permitted people to have pets. Beds, furniture, countertops, and bathroom have been updated and were clean. However,floors were sticky and room had a strong mildew smell."

"For the price I figured it wouldn’t be worth staying at. But all I needed was a place to sleep for work. It looked like all of the tenants were there for work. Large parking spaces, everything worked in the motel room, updated recently, and very nice people. Couldn’t beat the price and location was perfect."

"Great staff, yummy breakfast, courtyard was so cute, had a fire pit and provided smores, outdoor refrigerator with beverages, and a coffee bar. I loved it and will return. "

"Cute tiny home outside of Jefferson, perfect place for quiet relaxation. Had all the basics of home. We loved just sitting on the porch at night and walked the property for exercise. We were happy driving the country roads and seeing wildlife. We took in Gladewater, Marshall, Jefferson and a 2 hour boat ride on Caddo Lake with the Ole Jigger. Fantastic weekend, close to everything we wanted to do and see. The host was super too."
