"The host, Jane, was super helpful. One thing that stood out about the place is waking up there, the bedroom as windows on all sides which you can only experience when you are there. In other words way better than the pictures. Every morning we made coffee and enjoyed it next to the creek. The rest of the days we enjoyed live music Colony (look for the open mic night) and of course had beautiful hikes."

"Hosts were very welcoming and acknowledged our wedding anniversary. We appreciated the hospitality extended to us and our dog. Hosts were very easy to get in touch with in case we had any questions, quick response time. They even provided suggestions for places to visit and eat during our stay. "Our group of friends have been meeting up for 36 years and this is one of our favorite rentals. We didn’t lack for things to do at the house or in the area a Stine’s throw from Hunter Mtn. The house was well equipped to accommodate a larger group - we especially enjoyed the large dining table, conversation area, firepit area, and hot tub, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We hope to meet here again in the future. "

Porch was a favorite spot in the rocker. WeLoved the comfort of convenience of bedroom on main level. The kitchen was wellstocked with just the right accessories. "We were a group of seven friends and we all loved this house and location. As a VRBO owner myself, I was very appreciative of the host's availability and helpfulness. We loved the sauna, the pool looked great but was closed due to the time of year. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The house looked great on the website and was even better in person. Can not over recommend this house. Enjoy, we did and now can't wait to come back next year."
