"Everything at this stay was amazing! From clean kitchen, necessities of appliances, clean bedrooms, lots of space, fire pit outback, game room shed, hot tub to the beautiful views through out the day! When arriving very steep driveway and will arrive to the back side of the house. My children and I felt like this was our home away from home! Will definitely book if available again :) my kids didn’t wanna leave!"

"Very quiet and relaxing. It is conveniently located close enough to pigeon forge to get anywhere you need in a good time frame. But also felt far enough away to be peaceful. "

"The host was so nice and even allowed my parents to check in a few minutes early. The house was still decorated for Christmas which was a great surprise. Everything was neat and clean and decorated beautifully."

"Check In information wasn’t sent, had to ask for it when we arrived. Dishes weren't very clean. Certainly tenants are responsible for cleaning what they use before us, but we had to wash several items just to have enough for our family. We almost ran out of toilet paper on a 4 day stay. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser in the main bathroom. Had to use body wash. Just didn’t seem like the standard VRBO offers. Could easily be fixed. "
