Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. "We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again."

"Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. "

"It is a terrific home, very nice inside and well appointed. Bretton Woods is a very good management company as well. They are very attentive and communications are excellent. The only two improvements to this particular property that I would suggest is to get a new gas grill as the one there is in very bad shape, dirty and almost unusable.
