"This was a wonderful place to stay. Although it is off-grid it does have a mini fridge, A/C and a normal toilet (the toilet is located in it's own building attached to the main bedroom but is private and not inconvenient at all). The VRBO is on the owners land but is still secluded and very peaceful. "My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and coffee pots. (regular pot and k-cup option) There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided for our trip. My...

"We had a great stay at this cabin. There is an awesome porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. There is a gate on the porch which makes it easy to enjoy with your dog.The hill to the cabin is paved and easy to navigate. Great location-we enjoyed hiking at the close by Jefferson state park and enjoyed the nearby downtown. "
