"The property is in a secluded area but it's easily accessible. The reservoir is within a short walk and we saw more animals and birds than people, which is a plus for us! "This cabin has gorgeous views and is well stocked (games, books, cards, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of kitchen supplies). Deer come right up to the deck each morning and night. I am not sure why others have made comments in their review about the cabin needing improvements. I disagree. It’s a cabin in the mountains. "This was a great secluded location, yet close enough to Woodland Park to get pizza delivery. The view from the deck and living room windows is an unobstructed view of Pikes Peak and the surrounding mountains. The cabin is just as described. "Me, my wife, and out 2 dogs stayed here for 4 days. I pulled my Jeep on my car trailer so we could enjoy going on offroad trails while we were there. I'll start by saying this is the first time on one of my stays that the owner called me prior to my stay to ask if I had any questions. "This beautiful, cozy cabin is nestled in a gorgeous Aspen grove. The cabin was VERY clean, spacious, and peaceful. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and beyond(the hot tub was amazing). My husband a& daughter went fishing in the local pond, which is a decent size, and caught some decent size trout, too! The cabin's in a great location as it's close to town and not far from Breck, either. I would highly recommend this property! I hope to bring my family back here again! "

"Decided to rent this cabin for a last minute R&R trip. The cabin was nice and had a lot of amenities. The kitchen had everything needed if you plan to prepare meals or bake.
