"My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary and it was everything we were looking for. It was cozy and warm, bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was wonderful and our favorite part of the stay. The location was also super convenient as it was right off a main road and easy to find, but still very quiet. We would definitely love to stay again!"

"Mark is the epitome of what every good host should be. He was extremely communicative and we felt very comfortable in his home. It is absolutely perfect for small families for ski weekends or Summer adventures in the White Mountains. Mark gives great recommendations for good eats, activities, etc. so you don’t even have to think about a thing while on vacation. We will absolutely be back at one of Mark’s properties in the future. "We had a great stay in the cabin. Me and my friends rented for a weekend to ski at Bretton Woods, and the location is excellent (5 minutes)! Very close and easy to arrive at. The Cabin space is good, there is a big shared room for 6-8 people on the top floor. The temperature inside the cabin on ground level was ok since the tiles floor make it colder. "We loved the location of 40 PL. It was tucked off of the main road, and felt like we were truly in the woods! The cabin is spacious and more than enough room for four adults and medium size dog. The location to hiking trails and Mt Washington Cog Railway was ideal. We even enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit! We would absolutely consider returning to this property."

"The house had a great location close to skiing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the gas fireplace. Plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It snowed overnight one night we were there, and the plow came by 9:30, so we were still able to get out and go skiing early, which was wonderful."
