"The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. "Perfect spot for our summer family reunion ... half from the East coast, the rest from Ohio. We enjoyed swimming (yes, the pool water was cold but super refreshing on hot days), fire pit, spacious kitchen for cooking, breezeway with extra ovens and refrigerator. The big living room was fun for family games and just hanging out. Gorgeous views, loved the sound of the stream nearby. "Trail" goes up to a meadow, but looked like it had not been mowed, so will say with other reviewers that the trail...

"This is a refurbished property with lovely updated bath and a nice size modern kitchen if you’d like to cook here. The furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The host is clear in her communication and responds to questions/concerns in a kind and timely fashion.The only drawback for light sleepers is the road noise, otherwise very convenient to both Interstate and local sites."

"Everything about this stay was easy! Great location for visiting Seton Hill University as we were on this trip.Everything we could need or want was provided. I was thrilled by the simple to use coffee maker, coffee pods, and creamers.The home is clean and comfy, and I highly recommend it. "The spaces were larger than we expected. The leather couch in the living room with reclining seats was great for relaxing reading and cuddling. The beds were all comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Location was great. Walkable to “upstreet” Emily, the local host, was quick to respond, fpund a high chair for our baby and was able to give us a late check out which was super helpful. A great stay. "
