"First of all, the home was immaculately clean. Secondly, perfectly apportioned. Thirdly, absolutely perfect mid point location between the French Quarter and Uptown. The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the screened in porch with ceiling fans. The home is walking distance to a grocery store. We found it to be very quiet (which is not always the case in NOLA). The host is lovely and answers very quickly. We will definitely return. "

The proximity to major roads and to the French Quarter also make the location very convenient. Two considerations: when you take a 360 degree view from the front door of the property, just be aware that not all of the surrounding area is in the same condition as the rental property.
