"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. "Everything was amazing. From the staff to the conditions of the room, great choice if you want something reasonable around downtown Pittsburgh. I only found that the breakfast could have a little more options, but it was still good."

"Clean room & good staff. I liked the location, but some people may not like the trains going by. My only complaint was the noise from the room Nextdoor. The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. "
