"Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience."

"This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again."

"This facility is a clean, no-frills, inexpensive motel. It is well located near many businesses & medical services. The bed & pillows are comfortable, the linens soft & clean. The lighting is harsh cool white led's. The furniture is sparse. The large room was fairly quiet. There is a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. Also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. "The property was amazing! The only issue we had was with the door pad code. The one I received in my information e-mail was incorrect, but Lynette was quick to answer my phone call and tell me the correct code. In all honesty the correct code made more sense and I should have questioned the e-mail as soon as I got it. Before we left, we were already thinking of wht other events in the area may be coming up that we could stay there again."

"We liked the historic atmosphere. The elevator was very intriguing. Staff were helpful and the bed was comfortable."

"The rooms have a deck or patio off of them. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning and we ate and enjoyed the beautiful views. I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. We were visiting to see our daughter who works in the area. We went white water rafting with All Outdoors and that was a lot of fun. We also visited Lava Cap winery which also has nice views. We also enjo yed their wine."

"Parking was great - right outside our room. The check-in process was quick and easy and friendly. The decor in the room is a little tired, there was no ice in the ice machine and we couldn’t get any water from the bathroom taps but the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep."

"There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down stairs, to get to your room. The PHOTOS on the website were VERY DECEIVING. The price of the room was far too high for the crappy accommodations. Luckily it was only one night."

"So, this place isn’t actually a hospitality facility. It has lost that position. During Covid it was kind of like a homeless refugee camp. It was lease to another company who failed to follow the lease, now it’s stuck in a legal battle. So this facility isn’t even considered a hospitality site right now. I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the country, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. There was arterial spray on the ceiling from someone who had shot up with a needle at...

"It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better."
