This charming house, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom, and 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

Completely self-contained with a private entrance and a spacious terrace.

A 1,700 m² lot surrounds your cottage, featuring outdoor games including, among others, foosball, a swing, a slide, table tennis, and a swimming pool.

The swimming pool is open from May through September and is made available in accordance with the standards and regulations in effect as determined by the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and the prefectural decree at the time of your stay. The swimming pool is fenced and for shared use.

In this haven of peace, come enjoy the tranquility and explore this region, which offers numerous walks and hikes near the cottage.

In the heart of the Périgord-Noir, close to two gourmet towns, there are many places to visit: lakes, goat farms, a chocolate museum, and farmers’ markets featuring local specialties.

Pillows, comforters, bedding, and kitchen towels are provided.
For little ones: a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub can be provided.
Pets may be allowed upon prior request and for an additional fee.
For even more comfort, you have access to an adjoining area equipped with umbrellas, a barbecue, lounge chairs, a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine. You can also park your bicycles and/or roof rack there.
You are responsible for cleaning the property.
