On the top floor, a spacious bedroom with its own sitting area and French balcony offers a retreat of tranquility, complete with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The remaining five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two of which have their own bathroom en suite. The veranda, adjacent to the pool, invites you to relax in a lush, flat garden.

Located in the 'El Tosalet' area, Villa Fave enjoys 24/7 security, with two patrolling cars for peace of mind. Within six minutes by car you can reach the lively boulevard of El Arenal, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and the local ambiance.

Living outside
The lush garden surrounding Villa Fave exudes a free and tropical character. With beautiful palm trees, banana trees that really bear bananas, orange trees and a lemon tree, the natural environment of the villa offers a pleasant atmosphere. There are several seating areas spread throughout the grounds, so guests can always find a comfortable spot, whether they prefer some shade next to the kitchen or want to relax by the pool on one of the sunbeds.

Living spaces
In early 2024, the living room and kitchen were completely renovated and given a fresh look with the use of bright, fresh colors in the furnishings. Subtle accents have been added to the decoration of the rooms, such as colorful cushions, works of art on the walls and decorative accessories, which liven up the space. The white walls and ceilings form a neutral background, while the wooden shutters on the windows contribute to the authentic Spanish atmosphere of the villa.

Bedrooms
Villa Fave offers a versatile layout with 6 bedrooms, spread over different parts of the villa. On the top floor there is a spacious bedroom, equipped with a spacious bed of 200x200 cm and a handy sofa bed. The remaining 5 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are strategically distributed so that they are not all next to each other. This layout provides privacy and space, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay at Villa Fave.

Swimming pool
Sun worshipers can relax around the 10x5 meter kidney-shaped swimming pool. The spacious pool area not only offers plenty of space for swimming, but also for relaxing and enjoying the warm Spanish sun. Comfortable sun loungers line the pool's edge, perfect for sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the soothing sound of lapping water. With the pool in the sun almost all day, guests have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the warmth and sunlight. Next to the pool there is also a refreshing cold shower available, perfect for cooling off.
