Villa Casa Pi is a splendid 5 bedroom villa offering stylish interiors, a spacious pool terrace and a large private pool, making it the perfect choice for holidaying in style. With eye-catching views of Mount Montgo and the contemporary furnishings, the villa offers everything you need for a fantastic Spanish getaway. Within an easy 10 minute walk you have a cafe and a restaurant, while a 10 minute drive will take you to the lovely Arenal Beach, lined with countless eateries serving different cuisines. Back at the villa, the pool terrace offers the perfect spot to unwind and relax in the summer sun. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating is included in all the bedrooms.

Villa Casa Pi is located in the residential area of Piver in Javea, known for its orange groves. The resort centre and Arenal Beach are only 10 minutes’ drive away, where you’ll be greeted by a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops lining the promenade. The Old Town of Javea, known for its cobbled, narrow streets and charming cafes, is also just 10 minutes’ drive away. A 10 minute walk from the villa takes you to the Garden Centre, with a restaurant and cafe.
