At the heart of the garden you'll find a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, while the spacious terrace offers plenty of room to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue create the perfect setting for long alfresco lunches, family dinners under the stars, or simply enjoying a glass of wine after a day at the beach.



Inside, Villa Los Almendros offers bright, comfortable living spaces designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, ensuring a pleasant stay during the warmer months, while central heating makes it equally comfortable during the cooler seasons. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware, allowing you to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a family feast.



The villa's three well-appointed bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it an excellent choice for families, couples travelling together, or small groups of friends. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and additional amenities such as a washing machine, private parking, a television, and multiple fans ensure a comfortable and carefree holiday.

The Javea Golf Club is just a few minutes away, while the popular Arenal Beach, with its golden sand, lively promenade, restaurants, and cafés, can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. The charming old town of Benitachell is nearby, while the picturesque Port of Javea and Playa de la Grava offer even more opportunities to explore the local coastline. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to the beautiful Montgó Natural Park, ideal for hiking and enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding area.



For your convenience, a supermarket is located just moments from the villa, while several excellent restaurants, including the popular Lulu Beach Club, are within easy reach.



To make your arrival as comfortable as possible, all guests receive a Complimentary Welcome Pack for the first day of their stay. We also provide Beach Towels, helping you save valuable suitcase space, together with Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
