The villa is also within strolling distance of bars and a small supermarket, several excellent restaurants specialising in Italian, Spanish, Greek and Nepalese cuisine.
The main town of Javea is a ten minute drive, the Port area is eight minutes and the Arenal only six minutes drive away.

If you are thinking of escaping the bitter cold winter weather? Special rates for winter lets from November through to March can be arranged from as little as £1800.00 per month. Pool heating is from 100 -150 Euros per week between October and April depending on the weather. The pool heater would be switched on one week prior to your arrival.
