This spacious duplex apartment, with its south-facing outdoor terrace, is fabulously located near the restaurants, bars and boutiques of Jávea Port. Take a peaceful 10-minute walk to the beautiful Jávea marina and the stone beach 'La Grava'. You can also climb the hill from the Port to the Old Town or take a walk along the sea to the popular sandy beach of Arenal.
The Floridamar Mimosa is located in one of the most beautiful garden and pool complexes in Jávea. Guests are welcomed by wide sandstone walkways, tropical plants and three sparkling pools in the centre of the lawn, including a children's pool and a jacuzzi.
A small gym and sauna are located within the complex and are available for use throughout the year, and during the low season the heated indoor pool is open to all guests staying in the complex.
Inside the apartment, a large entrance hall, with a practical washbasin, interconnects the kitchen and the colourful living-dining room; complete with smart TV, chill-out sofa and dining table for up to six people.
The sunny and enclosed balcony is located next to the kitchen and dining room and is the perfect space to have breakfast or afternoon tea. On the upper floor, the rooms are bright and spacious, with the added luxury of their own bathrooms, as well as direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.
Would you like to play golf? The Costa Blanca offers a wide range of golf courses, two of them are 15 minutes by car from the apartment and include the championship course 'La Sella'.
JH Advice: Floridamar Mimosa is located in the same complex as Floridamar, and super close to Jardines del Río. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
