Comfortable holiday villa with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 65 kwh / week for electricity and 8 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November - March the expenses for internet, elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Wonderful villa with a private pool and summer kitchen, barbecue area, and a secluded terrace.

For rent is the apartment in the upper floor:
it has a large living-dining room (with air conditioning), a large kitchen (with dishwasher), two bedrooms (each with air conditioning), and two bathrooms.

The apartment on the lower floor is closed and nobody live there.

There is a summer kitchen with a barbecue directly by the pool.

There is a large parking lot that can accommodate several cars.

Small dogs (up to 10 kg and over 1 year old) are welcome upon request.

Getting Around:
The house is located in a quiet residential area. There are several pebble coves (with good restaurants) nearby; the Arenal sandy beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
