This beautiful Spanish style holiday home with nice arches and a covered terrace "naya", is very spacious, all on one level and offers 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large kitchen. It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, there is of course Wi-Fi but also air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The spacious, partly covered terrace with sitting area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue offers the opportunity to dine or relax outside while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley. Around the house is a large garden with a lawn. In short, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for the whole family, two families or several couples. For the colder seasons there is heating and underfloor heating and because of the L-shaped naya and the spacious garden around, there is always a place in the sun. Therefore this villa is also a lovely place in the winter and on request you can even use the pool heating (at extra charge).

The villa is located 10 minutes from the village of Javea, with a quarter of an hour you are on the beach and from here you also can easily reach Denia or the shopping center of Ondara. Interior
