1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 years old are not permitted (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying at the property). Reservations that do not comply may be rejected at check-in without refund.



2) Long Winter Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but services (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A prepayment of €250 for services is required; additional usage will be charged and unused amounts will be refunded.



3) Stays longer than 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
