"The room was nice and clean. The Nespresso coffee machine was excellent. Loved having two bathrobes and reusable slippers in the room. I used these to go to sauna. The TV did not seem to work but I did not need it and the TV placement on the stand off the floor was not convenient. The breakfast was very nice, especially the breakfast location in the rooftop bar with the views. Loved the service in the bar and the barmen made the best cocktails. I enjoyed the sauna as well."

"My room was incredibly small....even for Scandinavia. The TV was all messed up, and I was too tired to deal with this. The soap dispenser in the shower was either empty or clogged shut, and there was a persistent faint sound of a drip or something throughout the night. I have stayed here off and on for many years, and this was the first time I was disappointed.
