1. Requested a regular King; were given a King for ADA handicapped that was at the far end of the Hall although hotel need not appear to be full.
2. Hall carpets were dirty, with several large stains; looked worn-out.
3. Bathroom in our room had small black ants on sink counter.
4. ADA sliding door at Bathroom entrance was stuck and hard to open.
5. For a handicapped room, the Bedrm. dim.
6. Front desk and Breakfast staff were friendly and Lobby/Dining Area were clean.
7. We were billed $162.79 including taxes and fees by Hotels.com, but at Checkout we were given a Holiday Inn express receipt for $135.11 including taxes.
