"Experience was as bad as it could be. I paid ahead of time through Expedia. I got to the hotel and was told they did not have my reservation. I contacted Expedia and was given two options. 1. Cancel my reservation and pay a penalty fee of which is the total of the room or 2. Do nothing and be okay with paying for a room I couldn't even stay in. I was essentially robbed"
