Family home between countryside and mountains

Enjoy this beautiful and large house, perfectly suited to holidays with family or friends. In a quiet area, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Vercors mountains and you will have access to many activities offered in the surrounding area.

The house is composed of a large living-dining room area with cathedral ceiling and the little extra: a large panoramic window.
A fireplace, a large table, sofas and a video projector; enough to relax and enjoy good times together, while admiring the view of the mountains.

The kitchen, adjoining the dining room, is fully equipped: crockery, fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave. For gourmets, a raclette machine is also available.

On the first floor, you will also find a bathroom with a spacious shower, and separate toilet.
A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
And a room used as an office but can also be used as a bedroom thanks to a comfortable sofa bed (160 unfolded).

Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that can be both a workspace with the office already present, a space for relaxation, reading, yoga etc... or even for playing with your children.

Another bedroom with a 180 cm bed.
And a last bedroom which currently has a small children's bed and a 140 floor mattress; allows you to play safely with children, but can also accommodate 2 adults to sleep without problems.
Storage spaces are present throughout the house and in the bedrooms to store your belongings.
Ceiling fans are installed in the bedrooms upstairs as well as in the living room. The house is well insulated and stays cool in the summer.

In the basement, you will find a washing machine and dryer if needed as well as a large freezer.
WIFI is at your disposal, as well as various childcare equipment if you come with a young child (cot, high chair, changing table).

We have a large fenced garden that will allow you to enjoy moments with friends or family. You can bask in the shade of the pergola and admire the sunsets over the great cliffs of the Vercors massif.

For entertainment, you have at your disposal table tennis table and swing in the garden, books and board games, as well as lots of games for young children.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.

The house is located in a cul-de-sac. You have access to our personal parking lot where several cars can be parked.

The whole house is at your disposal, except for the garage.

An apartment with independent access is also located on the property (on the garden level of the house). Only the parking lot is shared.
Tenants can therefore be present in this apartment during your stay, but each one has its own dedicated space. Even the outdoor spaces, gardens and terraces, are private.
It is also possible for you to rent the apartment during the period, increasing the sleeping capacity up to 16 people!

Nous share our house with 2 furry companions: Kia, and Ora, cute and cuddly little cats, but also independent, who will be very happy to be fed by you ;). 4 pullets have also joined the family recently; they are comfortably installed in their chicken coop at the bottom of the garden.

Direct access from the house to walking and mountain bike paths to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the magnificent landscapes.
It is a plateau surrounded by forest and fields offering superb views of the mountains.
Traffic is very reduced in this area, you will enjoy a great calm.
To relax or have fun, the Bresson International Golf Club, the Manoir Equestrian Centre or the spa resort of Uriage-les-Bains are just a few minutes away. The city of Grenoble is about fifteen minutes away.
To cool off in summer, the large lake of Laffrey is 20 minutes away or the lake of Monteynard is 40 minutes away for water activities (kite, wing, windsurfing)
You will not be left out for your winter activities: Chamrousse ski resort 25 minutes away, the Alpes d'Huez 40 minutes away (via the L'Eau Dolle express aerial cableway), access to the Vercors and Chartreuse in 45 minutes.

Small shops and restaurants are nearby in the surrounding villages (pharmacy and mini-market 3 minutes away, bakery 5 minutes away, small craft and local market 5 minutes away also on Tuesdays and Saturdays).
For larger purchases, supermarkets are 10 minutes from the apartment and you are not very far from the major A41, A48 or A51 expressways; explore the region!
