Downstairs you have a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and office space with a printer and office supplies. Upstairs you have kitchen, dining, living, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a place to tie boat near walkway. We are available during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. No more than 8 occupants allowed. Additional day guests (maximum 4) must be pre-approved by Owner. No pets allowed. Owner is a licensed Realtor. (The boat lift is not available)

Guests have access to the entire townhome and private pier. There is a community boat launch.

Sleeping arrangements: King, Queen, 2 twin and 2 daybeds.
Must sign a rental agreement and provide copy of drivers license.
