"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. "The property is a little over presented what you see in the picture is not what it really looks like in reality. Location is central but the room amenities are hard to use or not usable at all. If you want to upgrade there isnt much option. The staff was the best part of our stay especially the Manager Zhang Na. On our first night, they informed us of the water outage which was not the greatest news when you travel over 2000 kms to get there."
