"Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. "

"Simple and perfect. Rooms clean, great service and support on things to do, where to go. Booked scooters, rang venues and made bookings. Lovely breakfast and laundry done same day ready for departure. I stayed in a single room with 3 beds with my teenage kids for 3 nights and this location and remoteness was a highlight of our Vietnam trip. "

"The hotel staff responded immediately to every request in a very professional and helpful manner. Our arrival was delayed, and the hotel team organized a transfer from the night bus stop to the hotel in the middle of the night and provided us with a temporary room for the night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful landscape. The rooms were very clean and simply but nicely furnished. The hotel kitchen prepared very tasty meals. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"The landlady was super nice helped us a lot for getting around town and suggestions on what to do. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside is we reneged a motorbike but had no gas in it so we had to go to the station to buy some and it wasn’t included in the price. Other than that perfect "
