Villa Laman for 10 people.

As soon as you enter villa Laman you will taste the Caribbean atmosphere. Villa Laman is one of 3 Villas of Villas Vista Royal. You will immediately feel at home thanks to the very spacious living room, fully equipped open kitchen and bar, followed by a large terrace. The open character of the rear facade ensures that the worlds of the kitchen, living room, terrace and tropical garden merge. The stylish furniture is adapted to the atmosphere of the house. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a 2nd combi oven and a separate drinks refrigerator, ideal for 10 people!

The villa also has a tropical garden with a private swimming pool (10m x 4m) where you can relax. With cheerful music and a cocktail in hand; You can dream away on a lounger. The tropical garden with beautifully lit palms provides the ideal Caribbean feeling in the evening!!

Villa Laman has 5 double rooms, each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has an extra large bed (210 x 180 cm). The villa also has an extra large roof terrace (50 m2) and a palapa (40 m2). The palapa is equipped with locally manufactured benches where you can relax and unwind together.

The beautiful and famous Jan Thiel Beach is within walking distance of the villas. On this beach you can relax while enjoying a cold cocktail. You can also dive, snorkel and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. The city center of Willemstad can be reached within a 15-minute drive and the famous Mambo Beach is only a 10-minute drive away. For stays longer than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning is required (ā‚¬ 150), which will be deducted from the deposit. Electricity is included up to 60kWh consumption per day, see rental agreement.

Awesome stay!!!!

Everything was great!! One minor thing was that the wifi didnā€™t work. We didnā€™t care we were there for the pool the heat and the beaches. They didnā€™t disappoint.

I'm not one to write reviews but this was just a great trip. The property manager was amazing and there when we needed. The home was top notch. It was everything me and my family wanted and needed (9) of us by the way. The location was just about perfect. We were very happy with everything.

Friendcation in Paradise

This home was absolutely perfect for our Friendcation in Curacao. It easily fit three adult couples and two children, ages 8 and 11. The home is beautiful and modern, and the pool area was a HUGE hit! We loved that Jan Thiel beach was an easy walk from the house and Tugboat beach was only minutes away. The check-in and check-out process is super easy. We will definitely stay here sgain!

Great location and property - but nickel / dime

Great location and fantastic property that is clean. Big enough for 10 guest. The only negative is the lack of small stuff - one roll of toilet paper only / no garbage bags / not even hand soap in the bathrooms. Also, they tell you that you will be charged extra if you use more than the allotted amount of electricity. I think it would be better to just provide some of these items and charge extra $20 per day.

The house was amazing. Marieke was available for all of our needs and was very helpful in suggesting things to do. We were most excited about her recommendation for a private chef. @bcprivatechef was amazing. If you are in need of a private chef you wonā€™t be disappointed.

Beautiful villa

This is wonderful, beautiful, and clean property, in a good location. You could easily be happy spending your entire stay on premises. The owner and property manager are accommodative and communicate promptly. Keep in mind that you may need to acquire your own soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent etc. Highly recommended.

A Bit of Paradise

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely indoor/outdoor feel. Always breezy. Beautiful pool and tiki hut. I would have gladly stayed another week or more- hope to return. Very convenient walking distance beach, restaurants, grocery store.

A Wonderful Family Accommodation!

This was our second time in CuraƧao and staying at Villa Laman made it all the more enjoyable! A great place to stay that is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a local supermarket. The house itself was perfect as it was clean with all the amenities we could need including the pool and cabana out back. All services provided were great, responsive, and friendly. Top villa!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Schoon, groot en overzichtelijk waardoor kleine kinderen de vrijheid hebben en heel goed in de gaten kunnen worden gehouden. En alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Daarbij heeft iedere slaapkamer een eigen airco dus iedereen kan voor zich kiezen of hij deze gebruikt. Heerlijk zwembad en een lekkere grote tuin met veel privacy. De zee is op max. 10 minuutjes lopen waarbij je direct langs de Albert Heijn komt en je wat boodschapjes kunt doen. Het contact met de eigenaar is heel plezierig, je krijgt snel en duidelijk antwoord en ook het in- en uitchecken verliep heel prettig en snel. We hebben genoten!

We all loved the house. Exactly as described. The pool was great.

Rejuvenate in Tranquility

Our multigenerational family stay at Villa Laman took us away from covid to a small Paradise. The villa was as shown- clean,spacious, beautiful and very well maintained inside and out. With a grocery ,various restaurants nearby we were able to eat-in during our stay. We all enjoyed the pool, and Beach nearby was fun if we wanted sea sand, snorkelling. Our Host -Axel was easy to communicate with and answered our questions, provided us with contacts. We especially appreciated his recommendations for Lab who came to the villa and did our pre-departure home covid testing. Marieke was wonderful-she did our initial small grocery , had it ready on our arrival ! She greeted us and immediately helped us ease into Curacao tempo-and was readily available throughout our stay . We highly recommend Villa Laman-we were sad to leave and agreed if next time-we must stay longer! Thanks for your hospitality!!

AWSOME STAY AND RELAXATION

First of we were a family of 10 and there was enough accommodation for all of us. The place was spotless, appealing, and so comfortable as-well as homey. The check in process was so easy and the House Manager was very attentive and eager to help and please our party. She answered every question we had for her and the owner was easy to get in contact with no matter the time they both were available. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. And my family and I will be coming back.

Very, very much appreciated

First of all, we were a family of 6 adults and five young kids. Photos on Internet reflected exactly the villa we stayed in. Pool was clean; We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Towels were supplied for showers and beach. The villa is really closed to the beach, a few restaurants and a grocerie store. We stayed for 2 weeks and went to a bigger supermarket twice by taxi Marieke, the house manager took real care of us and quickly anwered every question we had. Owner give us hints for groceries, activities and so on. Would really recommend that villa and would like to come back in the next coming years

Amazing get away location!

We loved our stay! We didnā€™t want to leave this amazing home. The home is super clean, inviting and in the best location for activities. We had every thing we needed. We could have stayed another week! We highly recommend staying in this wonderful vacation home.
