"We stayed here on a trip back from New England. It was clean, convenient, and a step up from a typical chain hotel. Our dinner meal next door at the tavern was excellent. A little noisy due to a wedding going on. Would stay again."

"It’s the small details like liquid hand soap, an extra hook in the bathroom, hooks in the main room, a soap dish on the counter, and the hand towel bars in the bathroom that impress me. I have stayed at “luxury hotels” where everything is super pretty, but simply not functional. And the staff was extremely responsive and efficient when we asked for anything."

"Hotel was nice except for the lack of proper air conditioning. The person at the front desk during the evenings only suggest was to unplug and replug. It was very hard to sleep in the heat. They are also doing work that made it very noisy"

"Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was over chlorinated. Brought to the attention of the staff and was told it was in normal readings. When I fact it was not the smell of chlorine went through the building in the pool house your eyes were burning. Kinda sucks being that’s one of the big deals we wanted when we paid to stay here. No remote for the tv in the room. The shower curtain bars in the room are curved therefore the curtains will not stay covering the shower they hang in the middle lol....

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. Also the guests are respectful and keep quiet during quiet...

"They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good."

Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here."
