"The house was impressive!! The online pictures don't do it justice as the in-person experience allows you to enjoy the history of the property. The host was responsive and helpful. Travel to Charleston was easy from the property and we enjoyed the locals as well. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The private dock was very nice in lending to a quiet serene waterfront to watch the sunsets."

"We stayed at this lovely place for our honeymoon a few months ago, so when we were in the area we couldn't resist stopping in again for a few nights. SUCH a lovely place!! It felt like coming home. Its so clean and cozy and well stocked- there's no other place we've stayed at that has all the kitchen utensils etc. that you could possibly need. And Kristina is the best host!!! Fresh cookies and a sweet card awaiting our arrival. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!"

"The location and view over the bay was incredible. This is the first VRBO I've stayed in that actually had everything you need to cook a family meal from quality pots and pans to sharp knives. In fact, we comfortably hosted Easter dinner for three of my siblings and all our grandkids. Will definitely be checking availability here first when we come back to Georgetown. "

We got a bonus and enjoyed listening to live music from a nearby restaurant on a Friday night. If you’re looking for a unique experience… this is a fun option! (Do note the details in the listing as this is a historic boat that has been retrofitted for overnight stays and is a little quirky.)"
