NEO'S NOOK is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom holiday home with a separate games room, large beachside verandah to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. The added bonus of bringing your furry friends (dogs only). Accommodates 7 guests with a maximum of 6 adults as the top bunk is for children only.

Open plan living area with views - kitchen with large side by side fridge freezer, electric oven and stove top, microwave, dishwasher, Expressi coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Dishwashing liquid, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towels, alfoil, glad wrap lunch/freezer bags, limited supply of instant coffee and coffee pods, sugar will be provided.
Dining area with table/chairs, non smart TV, gas heater.
Lounge area with large smart TV, 3 seater leather lounge with the end seats electric recliners, 2 single recliners (not electric), gas fire place, bean bags, small assortment of games, books and puzzles.

3 bedrooms, main has a 2 way ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower and grab rails, bath, separate w/c with grab rail, walk-in robe, sea views.
The other 2 bedrooms have built-in robes, bunk room - top bunk suitable for children only.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand wash will be provided.

Dog friendly - dog bowls, sofa covers and dog blankets in laundry cupboard. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to bring your dog please put a note in the booking or contact office staff, a $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added on to the existing refundable bond manually.

2 driveways, one with carport.

James Well is a small coastal settlement just south of Ardrossan, overlooking beautiful Gulf St Vincent.
Located approximately two hours drive from Adelaide, James well is popular with families for fishing, crabbing and as a great base to explore Yorke Peninsula.

There is a walking trail between James Well and Rogues Point to Pine Point, which is part of the Walk The Yorke trail.
James Well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby Ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times.
There are no shops in James Well but it’s only a short drive to Ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - 1 bunk - top bunk suitable for child only plus 1 single bed, 3 - queen

Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
