"Absolutely terrible experience at Country Inn Jalandhar I had already paid for a full day and night stay, but when I called one day in advance to request an early check-in at 12 PM instead of 2 PM, the hotel demanded an extra ₹1500. "Our stay at The Hotel Imperia was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and made us feel very comfortable and safe. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and idea if you are in a group, you can sit together. The property also had different banquet halls which can be booked for parties or meeting. It is situated in Model Town very hip and trend food establishments and bars. Buzzing with retail shops and eateries. We loved staying there. Will visit again for sure."

"Very disappointing experience at The Grand Ambassador. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed.
