Bad points:
-the rooms I stayed at is too Photoshopped and the actual room is very old and looks to have not been renovated for dozens of years
-the room’s entrance door was broken and everyone could enter my room for a few days until I noticed it and Do not disturb card was also broken.
-The wall-mounted phone in the kitchen was broken and dropped on the kitchen counter
-the living room smells super dusty
-the curtains are not cleaned and if you touch it, you would feel dozens of years old of wet dust sticks to your fingers
-the cleaners do not wipe the floor at all(all of my hair remains on the floor after cleaning)
-the cleaner took out my spare toilet paper rolls that I requested and secured to prepare for my upcoming days to fight with stomach illness and left only 2 rolls
-made me feel the entire hotel tries to cut cost even sacrificing customer’s satisfaction. they stopped providing a paper cup for the water server at the gym and they do not change the towels and bed linens unless you explicitly show your intention that you want them to change them by leaving the towls on the floor and putting a “please change” card on the bed linen. If you forget that, they don’t change them unless you call the front.
-no form type hand soap, and the cleaner picked up a soap already dropped in the sink(dirty) and put next to the cleaned dishes
-water server beeps too loudly when the tank is empty, after using cold water, the server’ cooler machine makes too much noise for a while
