Good hotel for the area
Good polite check in experience. If you're vegetarian however and require room service you'll have to order via Grab Food as there were only 4 or 5 options in total and all had chicken or beef. The restaurant was more accommodating at dinner time however once I ordered direct from them. I was only the for one night to didn't visit the pool. There was no water in the room, but there were jugs to be filled form the water dispensers dotted around outside the rooms, so this was a nice touch to reduce waste. Not much happening around the hotel itself. Breakfast selection was mostly Asian with a few international options, but there was a large selection of what they did have. Staff are friendly. Given a choice, I would choose somewhere more central, but this was my error in not looking at the map properly when making the booking!

I would like to send a complaint on this property. I was unable to get internet access. Reception service was terrible. They don’t pick up the phone. This is not normal to pick up the phone at this hotel. I was calling for ONE HOUR (60 minutes) to get some ice. I had more 30 minutes to get an iron. No one speaks English. The staff is terrible. I highly I recommend such property. No one ever apologized for such poor reception.

SATISFACTORY STAY
THE CHECK IN WAS QUICK. HOTEL STAFF WAS OK. THE ONLY NEGATIVE PART WAS THE CONSTRUCTION, WHICH WAS GOING ON NEAR THE HOTEL. IT WAS A BIT NOISY IF YOU STAY ON ROAD FACING ROOMS.

この値段でこの内容なら言うことはありません。 部屋はキレイです。エアコン、トイレ、シャワー等の不具合もありませんでした。 細かいところでは、TVはもう少し大きい方が良いとか、場所が判りにくいとか、JKT中心から少し離れてるとか、はありますが... コストパフォーマンスが良いので「不満」にはなりません。

호텔자체는 금액대비 괜찮다고 봅니다만 방은 깨끗하지만.. 자카르타에서 떨어저있어서 그런지 주변지역이 지저분합니다! 주변에 특별히 관광할껏도 없는거 같고..출장에 그냥 호텔에서 잠만가는거면 괜찮다고 보네요. 호텔식사는 가격대비 준수..만루비에서 만오천루피 였던거 같네여..

ここは東ジャカルタで仕事に行ったときに泊まったホテルですが、 住宅街に面しており、地元の人が行きかっているところなど、散歩するだけでも楽しめます。 部屋のアメニティや清掃などは、簡素&必要最低限におさえつつ、 その分価格は安く、コストパフォーマンスはおおむね良いと思っています。

Rooms and facility were great. The room was clean. Wifi was acting a bit funny at the beginning but it works after they worked on it. The restaurant was great. Food were up to standards. Breakfast was delicious as well but make sure to purchase the room with breakfast included or else they will charge you 150,000 IDR which is definitely not worth it when you only need to pay a few dollars more when you book. The hotel was kinda hard to find tho. Got to show the map to the drivers.

Not worth staying
I checked it after midnight and the staffs were not able to help me with the wifi problem till 2am I gave up. Requested late check out, yet called at 10am and disturbed my sleep just to ask extend or check out. 11am called again to say have to check out by 12. The hotel staffs makes you feel like staying in a 1 star hotel. There are more hotels around there much more worth staying.

room never get fresh air.
Staff is really lovely. Room is confortable but they never open window. we got seek because of air conditioner and vicious air. Also we went to the restaurant and everything we order was not available. So we have to go outside.

Great hotel
Room is clean and breakfast choices are aplenty and delicious. The location of thus hotel is a bit drawback since it'snot licated next to the main road you migth need to study a map carefully.

フレンドリーな職員、広々とした部屋
職員も親切で部屋も快適でとても快適でした。 料理もまあ悪くない。 周辺は住宅街の中にあって、普通の人の生活が垣間見えるので個人的には好きです。

新しいレジデンススタイルのホテル
綺麗で都会的な雰囲気のホテルです。 快適に過ごせました。値段の割に、素晴らしいホテルでした。 バルコニー(バルコニーに出る扉は開けられないのですが)がついている分、日光が差し込み、 とても目覚めが良かったです。
