"The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere. But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! "

"The hot tub didn't heat at all, but the rest of the place was great. The second floor patio had a gorgeous view of the mountain stream and jungle. "We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. "A funcionária que me fez o check-in era arrogante, mal-educada, incompetente e desinteressada. O quarto era grande mas a precisar de uma remodelação total. O serviço de quartos é do pior. Chegava da praia às 16.00h e o quarto continuava por arrumar, casa de vanho tal como a tinha deixado de manhã sem limpezave sem reposição de toalhas. Uma vergonha! Todos os dias tive que ligar para a recepção ou deslocar-me à mesma, para pedir que me limpassem o quarto. O pequeno-almoço é péssimo, sem variedade, nem qualidade. Enfim, para esquecer! Antipatia e gente que não quer trabalhar!"
