"Very good place close to Bedford"

"For an older property it was very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. We will stay there any time we are in that area."

"Sam and Kaz were very welcoming. We were early for our check in time, but they were very accommodating. Very quiet location. Breakfast was made as needed and Sam was sure to communicate about needs and preference of each guest."

"We rented a room with a king bed and when we checked in there was no guest chair. Only the desk chair. It took until the next afternoon to get a second chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed for a day. It seemed to me that front desk staff was in no hurry to correct the situation. Breakfast was good and parking was available at all times."

"Good view side of the lake. There is no breakfast provided at the hotel. Also, there is no lift. Very clean."

"very good breakfast room on the 16th floor with a huge view of the city. Note that the check-in is on the 3rd floor. This threw us off initially. Great restaurant on the first floor (nice menu) - Underground parking is secured and can only be entered with your room key which means you need to check in before you can go to underground parking spot. Also not a big deal because someone can stay with the car while the other checks in and gets the key."

"We stayed in the Suite, 1 Bedroom, Living Room with Double Sofa Bed. The room had been renovated, so no couch, but 2 very comfortable beds, each room had its own telly (wonderful for a family). Breakfast was a decent continental with the regular fair plus hard boiled eggs. Only minor complaint was the door was very difficult to close. I could see someone older having some issues. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"There is very limited parking and you have to pay. The building is very old and there’s dusty construction stuff hanging around where the old reception would have been. The building is not accessible at all and there are many steep stairs to get to the rooms. No ice machine. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels- they would not be delivered to the room so you had to get it from the front desk. The tv would not work as it was and would not connect to the internet- there is no cable only chrome...
