"The staff were extremely courteous and helpful - I saw them help a distressed woman find a room at another hotel as all of them were getting filled up due to graduations. A female staff member who was ending her shift actually had the woman follow her to the other hotel as she seemed a bit out of sorts and did have / couldn’t figure out a gps. They went well above and beyond the call of duty."

"I needed a place to stay swiftly for me and another displaced family from a fire in our home. This place was over the top helpful and very friendly. I have to say I never looked into accommodations in my home town, for never needing them, but I want to point out that this hotel was the best value for the dollar! "Beautiful old building with alot of character. Our room, especially the bed was very comfortable. Since its a old building there is no elevator so if thats a problem take note. Everything we needed was there, even a mini fridge. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. "

"Outside the weather, the stay was quite enjoyable. The suite was on the corner of the building, with a wrap around balcony. Views of the Delaware River, the Monument in the Circle and the water fall of the Lehigh flowing into the Delaware, spectacular!"
