The house is located near restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, and entertainment venues, but within a private, secure condominium complex, ensuring a peaceful, comfortable, and safe stay.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and the smooth operation of the condominium, we ask that you respect the following rules:

• Visitors must wear a mandatory wristband at all times while inside the condominium. In case of loss, the replacement fee is $10
USD.

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Sex workers are not permitted on the premises.
• Only individuals duly registered
in the reservation may enter the condominium.
