Welcome to A3 Lapa Living – a stylish, centrally located two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Jaco. This third-floor walk-up (please note: no elevator access) is perfect for a quick escape with friends, a couples’ retreat, or a small family getaway.

Step into a bright, open-concept space where you can cook up your favourites in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the airy living area, or recharge in one of two cosy queen bedrooms. The apartment features beautiful modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, complimentary tea and coffee, and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

Outside your door, Jaco’s vibrant neighbourhood awaits – surf beaches, buzzing nightlife, and nearby national parks all within easy reach. When you’re ready to relax, head down to the semi-Olympic pool with loungers and soak up the tropical views.

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is very safe and is located steps away from one of the best gallo pintos in Jacó (soda garabito), about 200 meters from supermarkets and 400 from the famous POPS ice cream shop where you can enjoy a delicious churchill.
Make sure to try a delicious croissant at the famous Pachis Pan bakery.

Nuestro condominio es muy seguro y esta ubicado a pasos de uno de los mejores gallo pintos de Jacó ( soda garabito) , a unos 200 metros de supermecados y 400 de la famosa heladeria POPS donde podras disfrutar de un delicioso churchill.
No dejes de probar un delicioso croissant en la famosa panaderia Pachis Pan.

Getting Around:
You can walk without a problem to the main avenue of the town where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and more.
