Live it up in this all inclusive deluxe ocean view home just off the beach (only an empty lot between you and the beach). Let our full time maid pamper you and we can recommend a chef too. The out door area by the pool and jacuzzi is great for large groups. There is a covered area by the Jacuzzi and pool where there is ample seating and a BBQ. There is a also an additional covered built in deck that has additional seating by the pool. For star gazers or those who love to enjoy a great sunset, the roof top deck is large enough to hold the entire group of 6-12 in the house.

The house has very spacious living areas and an open first floor complete with large living room, pool table, bar with extra beverage center, dining area and fully equipped kitchen - chefs love it. The house features 4 bedrooms that all feature an ocean view in the main house. The attached guest house also features another ocean view bedroom and a first floor bedroom that opens up to the pool area and outdoor dining area. So, a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths.

Neighborhood description
Hermosa Palms is located in the lush and tropical Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica is best known for unspoiled beaches and world-renowned consistent surfing waves throughout the year. Hermosa Palms is the jewel of Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica and a short visit to the community will give any visitor pause to its breathtaking beautiful surroundings. Hermosa Palms is not your typically cookie-cutter gated community, it is a beach front community where the house are exquisite (a mix of contemporary and tropical architecture) and all very unique. A fun-fact in Hermosa, down the beach road, you will find a biological reserve that protects sea turtles that lay their eggs on the beach from June to October. On a special day, you can see the small turtles hatch and return to the sea. It is a special experience for All.

Getting around
Taxi's are 10 minutes to town/Jaco. Little Playa Hermosa is 3 minutes where there are restaurants and bars. The guards are happy to call them as well. Parking is in front of the house. We can arrange a transfer from the airport or refer you to a great car rental group (they will deliver cars to the house or you can grab from the airport).
