The Palm Beach House is a luxury tropical modern ocean front 5 bedroom house recently completed in the quaint surf town of Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
Literally steps away from the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean with it’s amazing surf and sunsets, The Palm Beach House is centrally located near the beachfront restaurants and bars of this internationally famous surf town and just 5 minutes by car from the restaurants, bars and nightlife of the town of Jaco Beach.
This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath house sleeps 12-14 people and is perfect for families and large groups, but smaller groups and couples are always welcome.
The Beach House has a professional Chef’s Kitchen for cooking at home or catered parties. It also features a Beach Club style front porch with bamboo roof and beautiful Infinity Plunge Pool overlooking the Pacific ensuring a unique and exciting experience for even the most well traveled clients.
We are located next to the National Wildlife Refuge and Sea Turtle Sanctuary with its nesting area of hatchlings and giant turtles which are often seen on the beach right in front of the house.
The world famous Los Sueños Marina is located just 15 minutes away for sport fishing, whale watching, and island day sails.
The Beach House provides complimentary daily concierge and maid service.
A personal chef and spa services are also available for additional fees.
The Palm Beachhouse is one of only a few truly beachfront homes with private beach access. No public road between the house and the beach. Private parking and keyless access to the property. Concierge is available for all tour and transportation needs
