Although it is next to the beach, this accommodation is suitable for any type of tourist because in its surroundings it has a great variety of attractions.

It is located 5 minutes from the Los Sueños seaport, from where you can do different types of Pacific Tours. For example, you can go to Tortuga Island, a place with a lot of charm where you can practice snorkeling, water sports and enjoy nature.

The apartment is located in the Central Pacific area that has more views of the sea, so that the sunsets and the 180 degree view of the sea make it unforgettable. You can enjoy the sunset every afternoon in a wonderful atmosphere. Being a protected area with lots of flora and fauna, you will always see pairs of limpets and different types of birds.

It has a large terrace with sun loungers to rest. There is also a large table to enjoy your meals with the spectacular views and a barbecue grill.

It has several common green areas. It has an Olympic size pool to exercise, a barbecue area to enjoy different family activities. It also has a pool for private use only for 5 houses where you can enjoy your tranquility, as well as excellent 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the sunsets. The facilities also include a fully equipped gym, as well as tennis, basketball and soccer courts.

There are two different types of pool. One of them has a size of 50 meters, with 25 meters to swim freely. The other 25 meters are suitable to be quietly with the family and has several Jacuzzis. The other pool is for exclusive use and has 180 degree views of the sea.

The apartment is in front of the large Carara National Park, Central Pacific area that has large natural waterfalls, rivers and paths suitable for hiking and cycling.

It is located 20 minutes from Tárcoles, the river with the most abundance of crocodiles. From there, different types of boat tours leave to enjoy and get to know this great but fearsome species.

Pick up at the airport is offered with prior notice. This service is only available for stays longer than 3 nights.

It is also possible to make a tour to Tortuga Island with a trustworthy person under license. You can fish along the route (sailfish, dorado, Marlin) and snorkel in one of the reefs with more variety of marine species. The departure time is at 7 o'clock and you return to the apartment at 5pm.
