FAMILY RETREAT/ PET FRIENDLY NEAR MILITARY BEACHES AND BASES

This property is located in a very family friendly neighborhood. Located on the outskirts of Jacksonville it’s close to the city but not so close to where your in the heavy traffic. This home has 3 beds 2 baths, Master bath has a shower and a tub. It has plenty of space for the kids to play out back on the trampoline or just to play some sport. 20 mins from topsail beach, 5 min to the Air stayion, 15 to camp lejune, 15 to camp Geiger. 30 to Jacksonville airport && 50 to Wilmington. We strive to provide a 5* stay to all our guest and we’d love the opportunity to host you and your guest if you allow us the change!(: There is a $85 none refundable per pet fee.




Please note there are 3 motion sensing camera at the property. A ring doorbell at the door, one over the left of the garage facing the driveway and the 3rd our back facing it the yard .



-Please leave home as you received it.
-No extra guest on property only those accounted for at booking.
-No outdoor shoes indoors.
-No smoking indoors
-Please clean up after your pet.($100 fine for any pet feces left behind)
-A grill is available but if used must be left clean.
-No parties/events of any kind allowed.
-No smoking/vaping indoors or in garages allowed what so ever, no exceptions.
- Use the dishwasher for all used dishes and utensils then put them in their respectable place. Dishwasher pods provided.
- Leave used beds unmade and used towels in tub.
Garage, shed and master closet are not accessible.
