This condo is also conveniently located next to Main Beach, offering miniature golf, a covered playground, a skate park, volleyball courts, and a concession stand/burger joint. The Sandbar and Salt Life Food Shack restaurants are within walking distance of this condo and are great spots for beachside dining.

Many guests enjoy Fort Clinch State Park, located just a half-mile from this complex and offering activities such as fishing, biking/walking trails, shelling and shark tooth searching, hiking, and wildlife viewing, among other things.

This condo has a great layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and enjoys fantastic views from there and the private balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed for meal preparation. Overlooking the main living area, the kitchen also has a bar area with seating for three. The dining area offers a large table with seating for six.

From the main room is the entrance to the master bedroom and attached bath. This room has a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The master bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a water closet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and plenty of storage for clothes and personal effects and a TV, and games for younger guests to enjoy. The third bedroom offers one twin bed, and one queen bed. There is also a second full bathroom conveniently located to each of these bedrooms. A roll-away bed is even available for use if needed.

At the entryway of the condo is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Also, the condo has brand-new flooring and boasts other updates throughout.

The Ocean Park complex offers a gorgeous pool area with a hot tub, along with a grilling area. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided with this rental, along with sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach cart. Guests also enjoy a private garage on the ground level.
